De forel\u00f8pige fakturaene for arbeidene avvek mer enn tre ganger uten noen \u00f8kning i kvalitet, arbeidernes ferdigheter, garantier og bruk av de samme materialene. Dessuten var den estimerte leveringstiden i m\u00e5neder, og mange selskaper nektet \u00e5 gj\u00f8re arbeidet p\u00e5 grunn av planleggingskonflikter. S\u00e5 det tok mer enn en m\u00e5ned \u00e5 finne passende folk til \u00e5 utf\u00f8re arbeidet til en rimelig pris.
